Aaron Orme DDS

Dr. Orme is very excited to be practicing dentistry in the Treasure Valley, and the beautiful state of Idaho. He grew up in a busy Forest Service family, which required moving to various locations in the early years of life. He was born in the small logging town of St. Maries, Idaho, and after a couple of moves, including a 5 year stint In Juneau, Alaska, his parents set down roots in St. Anthony, Idaho. It was there in high school where he met his future wife, and best friend Alder. During high school, Dr. Orme also forged a relationship with his local dentist that led to a lifelong passion for dentistry. Having missing permanent front teeth at a young age, and the accompanying lack of confidence in public that comes with such a scenario, allowed him to appreciate the positive impact dentistry can have on people.

Before matriculating to dental school, Dr. Orme attended Idaho State University, finishing in 2003 with a bachelors degree in Biology. He received his dental school education from 2003-2007 at The Ohio State University. Soon thereafter, Dr Orme started a practice in Dillon, Montana, where he took great pride in caring for his patients during the 9 years he called Montana home. Coming back home to Idaho after so many years felt natural for him, his wife, and their three sons.

Dr. Orme believes that dentistry should be so much more than just fixing and maintaining teeth. It is about making sure each patient has a forum to communicate their ideas, fears, and concerns. He believes the best outcomes happen when excellent dentistry is able to be comfortably performed with the patients' trust and confidence. Dr. Orme has spent extensive time and effort to become educated and licensed to provide many options for this to happen. Whether it is relaxing in the dental chair using nitrous-oxide and oral sedation, or more advanced options like IV sedation, or visiting a nearby surgery center for general anesthesia, Dr. Orme wants your experience to be memorable for all the right reasons!

When he is not working, you will probably find him with his wife and sons. They enjoy skiing, camping, and hiking into high mountain lakes to fish. He grew up playing many different sports, and loves all of them, but his real passion is baseball! He played one year of college baseball at Snow College before hanging up the spikes for a career in dentistry. He has enjoyed coaching all levels of baseball, from T-ball all the way up through being head coach at his alma mater high school, and running an American Legion program in Montana.
